To use this function, it is necessary at least to have installed firmware version 4.29 on the REG-DIN-8 and to use a RegConfig version 4.29 or later.

This logic was created with the aim to manage a single duct unit with several air pipes that integrate different rooms in cooling and/or heating. It is required that the demands of the individual room (opening of the dampers) are summed up and transferred via 0/10V to the unit’s fan, that will increase its speed as the dampers open, that means that rooms are ON.

Below there are the various points to set for the correct use of this function:

  1. Enter Configuration/2 and set the activation offset for the Integration function

  1. Go to the Zones page and create the desired zones (in the example, 3 zones have been created) by associating a room probe or sensor. Then, in the Integration column, choose the sum referring to one of the 4 available dehumidifiers (∑D1, ∑D2, ∑D3, ∑D4), in the example the first has been chosen:

  1. If the zones are served by the same duct unit, associate each zone with the same dehumidifier. In the example below, the first is associated with all zones:

  1. Still remaining in the Zones page, enter Configuration Zone/2 and enter a value from 0 to 100 in the box indicated according to the weight of the individual room:

  1. Move to the Dehumidifiers (D1) page and set the Integration control to “Active if requested” in summer and/or winter according to the needs of the system. Concerning Air Flows settings, the medium speed is ignored:

  • Low speed becomes the minimum

  • High speed becomes the maximum

The current speed of the 0/10V output is the sum of the flow of the individual zones that refer to the dehumidifier 1, in the example above 30+45 = 75, therefore 7,5V.

If the sum were less than 10 or greater than 100, the 0/10V would be limited to 1 V or 10 V.
